Grandma and Grandpa Head came to visit us over the 4th and stayed the rest of the week! We had so much fun and they helped a whole bunch with some projects that needed to be done on the property. They weed wacked, helped move water, picked up some pallets, cut poles, and relaxed!
Shawn got a slip and slide in May and has been dying to use it. The 4th was the first day that it was even kind of warm enough to get it out, it was still pretty chilly once he got wet. After a few runs, and pointers from dad he got the hang of it.
We did some smores over the fire and enjoyed being in the back yard! Grandpa taught Shawn the best way to roast a marshmallow...light on fire and quick blow it out. Crispy on the outside and soft and gooy on the inside. Shawn never got to the "quick blow it out" part. He just liked to burn them to a crisp all the way through.

I LOVE your music! Now to your pictures:) The little man is not so little anymore!! He is getting so grown up! It looks like you guys are as ambitious as ever!! I love the pictures. So much fun. Love the fire pit too! Fun times at your house for sure!
